Labor Day at the Beach

Will & I, Catelyn, Mamma Jack and Pops (Will's parents) all headed to the beach this past weekend for some much needed rest and relaxation. I couldn't have asked for a more relaxing time. The weather was beautiful, and the food was outstanding!!!! Catelyn did so great and slept until 7 o'clock two mornings (normally she's a 6 o'clock girl). During the day we hung out at the beach, ate at some fantastic restaurants and went to the outlets. It was really fun watching Catelyn experience everything too. She's such a laid back little punkin'. I think I got more of a kick out of everything than she did. We played in the pool, took a dip in the ocean and put our toes in the sand. It was too much fun, and of course the camera went along for all of it. It was also fun getting to watch the grand-parents with her. I think they are as addicted as we are :) We did have one little blunder on our trip home. There was a wreck that covered the whole road. Fortunately, no one was hurt, but it put us at a stand still for two hours. We took advantage of the time and got Catelyn out of her car seat and played for a while. We even let her have a turn driving (you'll see in the pics- ha!). Anyways, the trip was wonderful, and hopefully this time it won't take us so long to get back. Enjoy the pics!

ps- you also look great! those last few pounds are sticklers.(not sure if you are nursing, but i've heard that your body hangs on to a few pounds until you are done nursing. kinda neat in a way!) and for the record, if no one else has warned you, after the second one, the weight is WAY harder to lose. no one told me and it came as a shocker! but they are worth it for sure!
